Sarah’s homemade cakes are made fresh to order using English butter and local free range eggs, with no additives or preservatives, and are therefore at their best within 4-5days of making. The cakes should be kept cool (but not refrigerated) and stored in an airtight container.
None of Sarah’s cakes can be guaranteed nut free as nuts are regularly used in the kitchen.
Gluten free cakes are available and are made in the same kitchen as all other cakes, and whilst every care is taken to avoid contamination, they cannot be guaranteed 100% gluten free.
