Over the weekend of Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 March, Beechwood Fine Foods, the café deli in the market town of Tring in Hertfordshire, will join many other businesses in support of Fairtrade Fortnight. Beechwood Fine Foods, the Tring town deli café, have recently been awarded the highest score of 5 out of 5 in the recent Food Hygiene Rating Scheme, recognizing their very good standards of food hygiene.
